• Providing Property Management with verifiable evidence of rule violations or criminal activity.

• Property Management & Boards: Authorized personnel have access to dashboards and reports pertaining to their specific community.

• Retention: Video footage and activity logs are retained for a standard period (typically 30–60 days) unless flagged for an ongoing investigation or required by the property’s specific contract.
• Restricted Access: Only certified Dispatch Operators and designated Management users can access sensitive surveillance data.
